Dear staff,
Hello all, id like to address a certain issue that my esteemed colleagues and i have noticed and that the rubbish bins are being used and looked after poorly, we still start a new system as of today
We bring you
the all bin where you can put anything that you want to dispose of
We called it the win bin, so please have some common sense and look after our beautiful bins

Make sure you always include a full stop at the end of each sentence, and capital letters for things like 'Kind regards', 'May', and the subject of the email/memo.
